These Terms of Service govern the use of ViniSud, an editorial project dedicated to the wines, oils and food culture of Southern Italy. ViniSud is available through the official website www.vinisud.it and through the app experience at www.vinisud.it/social, which includes the content-publishing tools connected to TikTok (collectively, the "Service").
1. Nature of the Service
The website vinisud.it is an informational website. The application tools available under /social are internal tools used exclusively to schedule and publish content on social media accounts owned by ViniSud. The Service does not offer registration or account creation to visitors; access to the publishing dashboard is restricted to ViniSud administrators.
2. User responsibilities and acceptable use
By using the Service you agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to access restricted areas, credentials or tokens of the Service;
- scrape, mass-extract or automatically copy the content of the website;
- interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service.
3. TikTok integration
The Service connects to the official TikTok API solely to upload and publish ViniSud's own content to ViniSud's own TikTok account. The integration is subject to the following limitations:
- only accounts owned by ViniSud are connected, through TikTok's official OAuth authorization flow;
- the integration operates within the permissions granted by TikTok (basic account information, content upload and, where enabled, content publishing) and within TikTok's API rate limits and policies;
- use of the integration is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms; in case of conflict regarding the TikTok platform, TikTok's terms prevail;
- TikTok may change or restrict its API at any time; ViniSud does not guarantee continuous availability of the integration.
4. Content posting and responsibility
ViniSud is responsible for the content it publishes on its own channels through the Service. Content published via the TikTok integration complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines. All content (texts, graphics, videos, photographs, logos) published on the website and on ViniSud's social channels is owned by ViniSud or used under license; reproduction without written permission is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
5. Account access
Access to the publishing tools is reserved to ViniSud administrators and is protected by authentication. TikTok authorizations can be revoked at any time from the TikTok account settings, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". ViniSud does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service. Website content is informational and does not constitute professional advice.
7. Relationship with TikTok
ViniSud is an independent project. ViniSud is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
ViniSud may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
